Anything solvable with software or connected hardware — a website, a mobile app, an automation or script. Not legal, medical, or financial advice, and not general life problems. If it can be fixed with code, it's in scope.
How much will it cost?+
You'll get a fixed price after a short scoping call — never before, and never open-ended hourly billing. Founding-cohort submissions (the first 10) are built free of labor cost; you only cover materials for hardware-based work.
How long does it take?+
Expect a call within 24–48 hours of submitting. The build itself depends on scope — a script or simple site might take days, a fuller app takes longer — and you'll get a real timeline once it's scoped, not a guess upfront.
What if I'm not sure which category fits?+
Choose “Not sure” on the form. Plain language is enough — describe what's not working, not what you think the fix should be — and it gets sorted out on the call.
Do you build IoT or hardware projects yet?+
Not yet — that track is marked “coming soon” and opens right after the founding cohort. Submit a website, app, or automation problem for now.
How do I check on my project?+
Every submission gets a project ID (like PTP-XXXXXX) by email and on-screen right after you submit. Enter it on the Track page any time to see exactly which stage it's at.
Am I locked in once I get a quote?+
No. The quote is presented before any work starts, and nothing begins until you agree to it.
